Jeff Metzler (Phil Hewlitt/Bob Cratchit) served with the U.S. Navy and is a Vietnam Veteran. He works as a technician at the John Cochran Veteran’s Hospital in St. Louis. Jeff is a renowned horse handicapper. He has done stage work with the talented Alan Friedman. Inspecting Carol marks his return to the stage after several years.
